Transition Plan
NOTICE: 2012 Student-Led Inteviews
The majority of the Grade 12's will do their interview on April 12, 2012 and the rest on May 3, 2012.
The schedule for the April Student-Led Interviews will be available later in the school year.
TRANSITION PLAN - DUE JANUARY 18, 2012
In the students' Grade 12 year, they must complete a Transition Plan.
Graduation Transition Plan
This is an assignment that details the students' plans for the period immediately following high school. Students need to plan for their future, they need to describe their plans and how they are going to implement these plans.
This assignment must be submitted to the Graduation Transitions Advisor (Mrs. Dato) in the Career Programs office, Room 313, on or before Wednesday, January 18, 2012.
Students must attach the following supporting documents to the Transition Plan:
Healthy Living Plan (Pick up from Room 313)
Current Resume (free of errors!)
Cover Letter for a Job Application OR Copy of Application to Post-Secondary Institute
