Spanish 9 Students are taught to understand, speak, read and write the Spanish language. Traditions and daily living of Spanish-speaking people are also explored.

Spanish 10 This course expands the students' written, oral and comprehension skills and their appreciation of Spanish culture. Introductory Spanish 11 This course is designed to help students develop a basic knowledge of the language. It also will introduce students to the culture of Spanish-speaking countries. This course covers the equivalent of Spanish 9 and 10.

Spanish 11 Students will expand their oral, written and comprehension skills at a more sophisticated level. The culture of Spanish-speaking countries is explored further.

Spanish 12 (Provincial Examination) This course emphasizes oral, written and comprehension skills in much greater depth. Students' knowledge of language and culture is developed through an introduction to literature and other creative works.
