Student Registration

 Information

The parent/guardian MUST accompany the child to the registration appointment & bring the following original documents:

• A completed Agreement of Purchase or Residential Tenancy Agreement or Property Tax Assessment to the family at the address cited AND

• A utility bill (hydro, gas, cable, telephone but no cell phone) or any Government agency document mailed to the family at the address cited

Proof of guardianship (picture ID, legal documents if necessary)

Proof of age of student (birth certificate)

Proof of citizenship

• Canadian birth certificate, OR

• Citizenship card along with picture ID, OR

• Legal immigration documentation

Immunization records

Copy of student’s most recent school marks (including summer school)

Registration Forms

• Cross-District Transfer
• Out-of-District Transfer
• Student Information Form
