Loon Lake Camp Grade 9 and 10

Sunday Janurary 17 - Tuesday Janurary 19, 2010

This year our grade 9 and 10 band students are invited to attend a 3 day retreat at Loon Lake Camp. Loon Lake is a reserach run by UBC which is located in Maple Ridge. The facility is beautiful and the food is outstanding. Please look online at http://www.loonlake.ubc.ca/. The facility includes: a student centre with dorm rooms, a gymnasium, washrooms and lounge areas, meeting rooms and a computer lab. Most of the rooms have picture windows that overlook the lake. As we are going in Janurary, it will be cold and our activities will be indoor.

We are in the process of determining the exact cost per student but can give an approximate cost of $175. This price includes: accommodation, all meals and bus transportation back to Moscrop on Tuesday Janurary 19.

To hold your place for this retreat, please send a down payment of $100 by Friday October 29. Final payment will be due in November and will reflect the exact cost for each student.
