  • Information Technology 10
    Students will learn various information technology applications and skills. There will be a focus on communication and presentation skills. A number of different applications will be used to accomplish this: Java programming, website design (HTML), PowerPoint, Excel, Multimedia, and Paint Shop Pro. At the completion of this course, students will be well equipped in take either Business Computer Applications 11 or Information Technology 11.
  • Information and Communications Technology 11 - Modular Survey
    An introductory course designed to explore information technology tools and resources including computers, multimedia, and related technologies used for local and global communications. Students will gain skills and knowledge in the areas of computer networks, computer programming, and multimedia presentations. Software used include: C++ / Java compiler, Paint Shop pro 7, Adobe Photoshop CS2, Flash MX, Game Maker and Dreamweaver. This is an introductory course, no prerequisite required.
  • Information and Communications Technology 12
    Students will build upon the concepts learned in Information Technology 11. They will learn about different network concepts, Adobe Photoshop CS2, Flash MX, Game Maker and Dreamweaver. Students will enrich their understanding of electronic communications through the generation of online documents employing hypertext and hyperlinks. Multimedia presentations may include the application of animation and video segments.  No prerequisite required.
  • Applications of Technology 11/12
    Tech Leadership.  Help the school maintain and troubleshoot computers, maintain school website.
