NEW! Please read the instructions on the activity logs carefully, as there is some new information for Term 2. Students are now required to provide a phone number for the signee, except when the signee is a teacher at Moscrop.
If you are collecting Physical Activity hours from a variety of activities, be sure to collect ALL signatures. Gr 11s and 12s must submit your log sheet to your Moscrop PE/Dance/Weight Training teacher. If you do not have any of these classes, submit your log to Mrs. Dato in Room 313.
Grade 10s should submit their logs to their Planning 10 teachers.
