Overview
Biology 11 is a survey course that examines the five Kingdoms of living organisms with a running connection to evolution and ecology. This course involves comprehension and application of a large number of new terms and ideas. In order to be successful it is recommended that students apply regular and efficient study habits.

Students must take responsibility for their own work and learning!
- If students miss a class they must come and see me the next school day in order to make up missed work.
- If students miss a test/assignment they must come with a note and be prepared to complete this on the first day back at school. A completed late form must also be attached.
- If students are aware that they will miss work due to absence they must make arrangements with me prior to that day as to when it will be completed.
- Homework may be checked. If it is incomplete/absent a mark of zero will be assigned. No marks will be given for late homework.
- 25% will be lost each school calendar day on late assignments.
